Order Processing and Fulfillment

Border911FoundationInc.org partners with Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider, to produce and fulfill all merchandise orders. Each item is created specifically for the order, which supports responsible production practices and minimizes waste.

Estimated fulfillment times:

Apparel: 2–7 business days
Accessories and non-apparel items: 2–5 business days

Fulfillment timelines may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins once the order has been fulfilled.

Typical estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–6 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other logistical factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, selected products, and total package weight.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international customers, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to update the address upon request.
If the order has shipped and is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
