Because merchandise is produced on-demand, Border911FoundationInc.org does not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with the style or fit. Returns are only accepted in cases where a product is defective or an error has occurred in production.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@border911foundationinc.org.
Include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the defect or error
Upon verification, Printful will issue a replacement or approve a refund as appropriate.
Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive:
- For U.S. orders, notify us after 10 business days from the expected delivery date.
- For international orders, notify us after 20 business days from the expected delivery date.
We will initiate a claim with Printful. If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement order will be issued at no cost.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned to Printful without prior authorization may not be accepted. Printful does not process refunds for returns unless a verified defect or fulfillment error exists.
Exchanges and Size-Related Issues
Because all items are custom printed when ordered, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for size-related concerns. Size charts are available on each product page to assist in selection.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Printful’s policies, the following items cannot be returned:
- Face masks
- Customized items with personal designs or details
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned without any identifiable defect
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before Printful begins fulfillment. Once production has started, cancellations or order changes are no longer possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund processing times vary but typically take 5–10 business days depending on the customer’s financial institution.
